Da viele davon einen niedrigen Siedepunkt haben, k\u00f6nnen sie unter normalen atmosph\u00e4rischen Bedingungen in Innenr\u00e4umen bei Temperatur und Druck verdampfen und werden somit zu einer fl\u00fcchtigen Chemikalie.  <\/span><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color\" style=\"color: #02538b; font-size: 23px;\"><strong>Warum sind fl\u00fcchtige organische Verbindungen bedenklich? <\/strong><\/h2><p>Zun\u00e4chst verwenden viele Fertigungsbetriebe, wie die Produktion von Chemikalien, Pharmazeutika oder Beschichtungs- und Druckprozesse, diese organischen Verbindungen als L\u00f6sungsmittel oder reaktive Chemikalien. In diesen F\u00e4llen verdampfen oder verfl\u00fcchtigen sie sich leicht in den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chemviron.eu\/de\/anwendungen\/industrielle-luftemissionen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Abluftstr\u00f6men<\/a> aus Produktionsprozessen und k\u00f6nnen als fl\u00fcchtige organische Verbindungen (VOCs) in die Abluft freigesetzt werden. <\/p><p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus setzen viele Abfallbehandlungsprozesse diese VOCs in die Luft frei. Zudem k\u00f6nnen in Geb\u00e4uden solche D\u00e4mpfe auch durch die Verwendung von Produkten und Materialien, die VOCs enthalten, in die Luft gelangen. <\/p><p>Infolgedessen geben VOCs Anlass zur Sorge als Luftschadstoffe sowohl in Innenr\u00e4umen als auch im Freien, da die Exposition gegen\u00fcber ihnen die menschliche Gesundheit beeintr\u00e4chtigen kann. In der weiteren Umwelt k\u00f6nnen sie unter bestimmten Bedingungen photochemischen Smog erzeugen. <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color\" style=\"color: #02538b; font-size: 23px;\"><strong>Europ\u00e4ische Emissionsvorschriften<\/strong><\/h2><p>Die Europ\u00e4ische Union arbeitet kontinuierlich daran, die Umweltverschmutzung auf ein gesundheitssch\u00fctzendes Niveau zu senken, indem sie strengere Regeln zur Bek\u00e4mpfung der Verschmutzung an ihrer Quelle festlegt. Insbesondere eine geplante \u00dcberarbeitung der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.consilium.europa.eu\/en\/press\/press-releases\/2023\/11\/29\/industrial-emissions-council-and-parliament-agree-on-new-rules-to-reduce-harmful-emissions-from-industry-and-improve-public-access-to-information\/\">Richtlinie \u00fcber Industrieemissionen<\/a> (IED) und der Verordnung \u00fcber die Einrichtung eines Portals f\u00fcr Industrieemissionen (IEP). <\/p><p>So hat die EU k\u00fcrzlich die neue <a href=\"https:\/\/environment.ec.europa.eu\/topics\/industrial-emissions-and-safety\/industrial-and-livestock-rearing-emissions-directive-ied-20_en\">Richtlinie \u00fcber Industrie- und Tierhaltungs-Emissionen 2024\/1785<\/a> (IED 2.0) als wichtigstes Instrument zur Reduzierung von Emissionen und zur Vermeidung der Abfallerzeugung aus gro\u00dfen Industrieanlagen und intensiven Tierhaltungsbetrieben (Schweine und Gefl\u00fcgel) ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Sie \u00e4ndert die Richtlinie 2010\/75\/EU.  <\/p><p>Die IED 2.0, die am <a href=\"https:\/\/environment.ec.europa.eu\/news\/revised-industrial-emissions-directive-enters-force-2024-08-02_en\">4. August 2024 in Kraft getreten ist<\/a>, zielt darauf ab, die Auswirkungen der Umweltverschmutzung auf die menschliche Gesundheit und die Umwelt zu minimieren. Zus\u00e4tzlich soll sie die Genehmigungsverfahren durch die neue Verordnung \u00fcber das Portal f\u00fcr Industrieemissionen optimieren, was den Zugang zu Umweltdaten verbessern wird. <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color\" style=\"color: #02538b; font-size: 23px;\"><strong>VOCs und Aktivkohle<\/strong><\/h2><p>Wenn es um die Bek\u00e4mpfung von VOC-Emissionen geht, ist Aktivkohle besonders effektiv, da die meisten VOCs organisch sind und daher leicht daran adsorbiert werden. W\u00e4hrend dieses Prozesses heften sich diese gasf\u00f6rmigen Molek\u00fcle an die Kohlenstoffoberfl\u00e4che und konzentrieren sich dort, indem sie sich in den Poren des Kohlenstoffs binden. <\/p><p><span class=\"cf0\">Aktivkohle entfernt VOCs effektiv aus der Luft, und meistens k\u00f6nnen wir sie durch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chemviron.eu\/solutions\/reactivation\/\">Reaktivierung<\/a> zur Wiederverwendung recyceln.<\/span> Daher macht diese F\u00e4higkeit, Aktivkohle zu reaktivieren oder zu recyceln, sie zu einer kosteng\u00fcnstigen und nachhaltigen L\u00f6sung zur Entfernung von VOCs aus der Luft.<\/p><p>Zur Unterst\u00fctzung dieses Ansatzes gibt es eine Reihe von EU-Referenzdokumenten zu den <a href=\"http:\/\/eippcb.jrc.ec.europa.eu\/reference\">Besten Verf\u00fcgbaren Techniken<\/a> (BREFs), die entwickelt wurden, um industrielle Prozesse und die besten verf\u00fcgbaren Techniken zur Kontrolle der Umweltverschmutzung durch industrielle Aktivit\u00e4ten zu beschreiben. <span class=\"cf0\">Die Adsorption an Aktivkohle geh\u00f6rt zu diesen besten Praktiken.<\/span> <\/p><p>Zum Beispiel sind die \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/eippcb.jrc.ec.europa.eu\/reference\/common-waste-water-and-waste-gas-treatmentmanagement-systems-chemical-sector-0\">Gemeinsamen Abgasmanagement- und Behandlungssysteme im Chemiesektor<\/a>\u201c und die \u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/eippcb.jrc.ec.europa.eu\/reference\/surface-treatment-using-organic-solvents-including-wood-and-wood-products-preservation\">Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung unter Verwendung organischer L\u00f6sungsmittel einschlie\u00dflich der Konservierung von Holz und Holzprodukten mit Chemikalien<\/a>\u201c zwei solcher umfangreichen Politikreferenzberichte, die sich am meisten auf VOC-Emissionen aus industriellen Prozessen beziehen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c0d1dc1 e-grid e-con-boxed 1rem;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Aktivkohle in all ihren Formen besitzt eine ausgezeichnete Adsorptionskapazit\u00e4t f\u00fcr eine Vielzahl von VOCs aus der Luft. F\u00fcr die effektivste Verunreinigungsentfernung k\u00f6nnen jedoch je nach Kombination der Schadstoffe, z. B. ob es sich um eine organische oder anorganische Verunreinigung oder Verbindung handelt, unterschiedliche Kohlenstofftypen erforderlich sein. Viele dieser Schadstoffe k\u00f6nnen auch effektiv aus anderen Gasstr\u00f6men als Luft, wie Stickstoff oder Kohlendioxid (CO<span style=\"font-size: 12px; line-height: 0; position: relative; vertical-align: baseline;
